If you’ve been reading lately, you may already know this, but I’ve decided to create separate social media accounts for the info that I share. One set of accounts will be more focused on fitness, while the other will stay focused only on nontoxic products, recipes, etc.
Putting the fitness info in with the nontoxic products and clean eating recipes gets a bit confusing sometimes, so separating them seems like the right thing to do. If you’re following My Crazy Nontoxic Life on social media, be on the look out for Hypothyroid Fit too! That’s the new account for the fitness side of the house.
Since I’m a personal trainer and a Beachbody coach, I feel like it makes more sense to have a separate account for that so that the people who are only interested in nontoxic products don’t have to sift through fitness stuff and vice-versa.
Because I want to ensure that I’m only sharing valuable information, I’m taking time off from posting to social media and the blog. That will give me time to really think through what I’m posting and hopefully result in a clearer message and be more helpful to the people reading.
