This week I was still not feeling too great. I’ve had a sore throat from post nasal drip and sneezing quite a bit over the last two weeks. Since I wasn’t feeling well I slept a little longer in lieu of getting up before going to work to exercise. The extra sleep helped quite a bit, and I still managed to make myself do a few short sessions of yoga when I got home from work.
Here are my workouts for the week:
- Sunday: no workout
- Monday: no workout
- Tuesday: 20 minutes of Yoga for Strength and Flexibility from This is Yoga with Tara Styles
- Wednesday: 15 minutes of Relaxed Easy Going Yoga from This is Yoga with Tara Styles
- Thursday: 30 minutes of Relaxed Unwinding Yoga from This is Yoga with Tara Styles
- Friday: no workout. I woke up with a pretty severe sinus headache that hung around all day
- Saturday: no workout
Today is the first day in awhile that my throat has felt somewhat normal and I’ve been fully able to breathe through my nose, so I’m optimistic that this week will be better. I’m going to keep this short ad sweet so I can be sure to rest up and do better this week. As always, thanks for reading!
